DESCRIPTION:The Festival of the Sound and the Stockey Centre for the Performing Arts have partnered once again! Join us LIVE at the Stockey Centre as we film the Rolston String Quartet\, Penderecki String Quartet\, and two-thirds of the Gryphon Trio with James Campbell! These recorded performances will be featured in some of the upcoming Beethoven@250 virtual concerts. \n  \nTicket sales will open to the public starting at noon on Wednesday\, November 4th. Be sure to get yours quickly as tickets are limited! Strict COVID-19 health protocols will be in full force and effect. \n  \nYour health is important! The Stockey Centre’s air return system provides near 100% fresh air exchange in the performance hall. Mandatory masks will be required everywhere in the building including during the concert and physical distancing in the building and concert hall will be enforced. Stockey Centre for the Performing Arts was closed in March. In support of safety for all in these unprecedented times\, the Festival is taking a sabbatical in 2020.
