DESCRIPTION: Always entertaining and definitely unique\, Mudmen are a blast of Celtic energy whose members are known to be characters both on and off the stage. First discovered as “The Campbell Brothers”\, the Brothers signed a record deal with EMI Records changing their name to “Mudmen” in the late 90’s. Re-established in 1998 Mudmen have performed at festivals\, theatres\, events & clubs in 8 different countries with over 3000 shows to date and 11 studio albums. \n\n\n\n As of 2025 Mudmen have been together for 27 years building a legion of fans from young to old. Mudmen have been selling out numerous prestigious theatres such as Victoria Hall\, the Stockey Centre\, the Roxy Theatre\, The Grand Theatre with appearances at numerous Country and Celtic festivals threw-out North America with no signs of slowing down. With original compositions that remain faithful to their influences in traditional folk and classic country music\, their songs are enhanced by Celtic instrumentation which gives them an unmistakable sound. Their music is rooted in their heritage and they are building on the foundation of trad and folk while managing to create something authentic\, original and inspired. \n\n\n\nUnited in their passion for fiery tunes\, soaring vocals with rich harmonies\, meaningful stories and beautiful melodies\, Maggie’s Wake embraces their wide ranging influences and have built an exciting\, new sound.
