The vibrations actually cleanse and charge crystals as well. \n\n\n\nIf you have a bolster or if there is anything else that would make you feel more comfortable\, please bring it with you. The sound portion will be approximately 1 hour in addition to the opening and closing of the circle. \n\n\n\nNote – Participants are also able to bring anti gravitational chairs or recliners if preferred\, who are not able to lay on the floor. \n\n\n\nPlease note\, by purchasing a space at this event\, you are providing us with permission to share your name and email address with Sound with Lisa.
