Please sign up directly to this Sound Bath by emailing Sound with Lisa at soundwithlisa@gmail.com. \n\n\n\n  \n\n\n\nWhat to bring to the sound bath… \n\n\n\nDress comfortably\, and please arrive a few minutes early to get settled. \n\n\n\nYou’ll be a restful state for the duration of the sound bath so it’s important to make yourself as comfortable as possible. \n\n\n\n  \n\n\n\nThings to bring: \n\n\n\nYoga mat \n\n\n\nPillow (s) and blanket \n\n\n\nWater \n\n\n\n  \n\n\n\nYou might also want to bring: \n\n\n\nCrystals to support you. The vibrations actually cleanse and charge crystals as well. If you have a bolster or if there is anything else that would make you feel more comfortable\, please bring it with you. The sound portion will be approximately 1 hour in addition to the opening and closing of the circle. \n\n\n\nNote – Participants are also able to bring anti gravitational chairs or recliners if preferred\, who are not able to lay on the floor. \n\n\n\n  \n\n\n\nPlease note\, by joining a space at this event\, you are providing us with permission to share your name and email address with Sound with Lisa. She will use your name and email address to share further information on the Sound Bath session with you.
