Against a backdrop of robbery\, secrets\, sex and jazzercise\, Happy Jack’s Motel becomes a dingy battleground offering eight people one last shot at escaping their dark fates. \n\n\n\nHappy Jack’s Motel depicts the fragmentation of the toxic male influence through its pop culture heyday of the 1980’s.  In an examination of disappointment and disillusionment with the North American “ideal man” and the ramifications of that behavioral pattern against the backdrop of the Northern experience and a rural economic slowdown. \n\n\n\nThis show contains mature themes and violence. SUMMARY:Parry Sound High School presents Murder on the 518
DESCRIPTION:Red-eye travelers on the westbound 518 are in for a surprise when first one passenger\, and then another\, mysteriously drop dead right before their eyes — and just as the train is halted by a rock slide in an isolated canyon.  Because the pair appears to have been poisoned\, anyone and everyone in the train dining car is a suspect! \n\n\n\nUnable to call for help\, the eccentric passengers — including two newlyweds\, an astronomy professor\, a sports recruiter\, a CEO\, a movie star\, an aspiring musician\, and others — try to work together with the waitstaff to find the murderer before they reach their destination and the killer escapes for good!  Unfortunately\, not everything (or everyone) is as it seems. \n\n\n\nThis family-friendly mystery is sure to keep the audience guessing right up until the train pulls into the station.  Hold on tight — Murder on the 518 is quite the ride! \n\n\n\nPublic performances are Thursday June 8th at 7pm and Friday June 9th at 7pm. \n\n\n\nTickets are $12 + HST for adults\, $8 + HST for students\, and a family pass (four tickets) is $35 + HST.   \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBUY TICKETS ONLINE HERE \n\n\n\nTickets can also be purchased during our business hours by calling our Box Office at 705-746-4466 extension 405 or visiting us at 2 Bay Street\, Parry Sound. \n\n\n\n*Please note that family passes may only be purchased via phone or in-person at our Box Office.
