The Stockey Centre is excited to announce that we are transitioning to TixHub, a new ticketing system to provide our ticketing services! We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding with our team as we navigate this new change, our facility has used our previous ticketing provider since 2003. However with the ceasing of their operations, we have transitioned to our new provider TixHub on Wednesday June 18th, 2025.
An exciting new feature of the TixHub system will be the change to print-at-home and mobile tickets, rather than physical ticket stubs that were only available through The Stockey Centre Box Office’s printers. This will allow more flexibility for how you view your tickets and save you time upon arrival if you have your tickets ready on your phone or from printing at home! If you don’t have access to either, our Box Office’s ticket will call will still exist to pick up your tickets at our Box Office upon your arrival to the show.Other exciting features will include event reminder emails, a dedicated app through TixHub, and a streamlined ticket purchasing experience! 
As the TixHub team works on processing moving all existing ticket sales over to TixHub as all sales have now ceased through Theatre Manager, events will be made available for purchase online again in chronological order, as all sales are moved over to the new system. Sales are available through our Box Office via phone and in person for all shows (hours are Wednesday to Saturday from 10am to 5pm). We appreciate your patience while the TixHub and Stockey Centre teams work diligently to get all sales moved over so that we can resume online sales capabilities as soon as possible. Once this process is completed, you will also be able to see all tickets you have purchased for upcoming events and any active memberships in your account. You’ll be able to view your mobile tickets or print your tickets at home! We appreciate your patience during this process, as at first any upcoming shows and active memberships will not be listed under your account as the sales are transferred from one ticketing service to the other. Our team will follow up with another email when all sales have been transferred over.
Returning Stockey Centre Customers:
If you’ve purchased tickets for Stockey Centre in the past, your account has been moved to our new ticketing system.
Click the “Visit The Stockey Centre’s TixHub” button below to access the new site.
To access your account, on the login page (found by clicking ‘Login’ in the top right corner of the page), use the Reset Password option to create a new password.
Make sure you use the same email address you had used previously for our previous ticketing system.
If your email is not on file or you are new to The Stockey Centre, you can simply sign up for a new account.

UPDATE JUNE 24TH 2025:

All upcoming tickets have been transferred over to TixHub from Theatre Manager and online sales have been restored for all upcoming events!

Memberships and gift certificates are still being transferred over to the new system, we appreciate your patience while this transfer is completed. At this time, they will not be visible in your accounts online at this time. Another email update will be sent when this process has completed.
