Our current hours are Wednesday to Saturday from 10am to 5pm.

Extended hours are available on event days, with the Box Office remaining open until the start of the event or opening 2 hours prior to events on days where we are typically closed.

Our Box Office staff are always happy to answer your calls and questions and book seats for you at our performances. During busy times, for example when a new show goes on sale, we cannot always keep up with the phone calls as they come in. Please do leave us a message, and our Box Office staff will call you back as soon as possible.

Please note that we are a fragrance-free facility. This is for the comfort of everyone visiting our facility. Please refrain from using scented perfumes, sprays, and colognes as well as strongly scented hair, body, and deodorant products when visiting our facility.  We greatly appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Terms and Conditions for Charles W. Stockey Centre for the Performing Arts Ticketing:

Payment handling is provided to customers by the Box Office staff of the Charles W. Stockey Centre for the Performing Arts, whose registered office is at Two Bay Street, Parry Sound, ON, P2A 1S3.

All sales are final. We do NOT offer refunds or exchanges on any regular priced, discounted, or season tickets.

We accept American Express, Cash, Debit, Mastercard, and Visa.  ‘STOCKEY CTR ORR HALL FAME‘ will appear on your bank/credit card statement.

Privacy Policy
When you book with us we will ask for your name, address, credit card details and telephone number. This allows us to fulfill your ticket request and track your order and contact you regarding your booking.  If you have joined our free e-mail newsletter service we only use this information to send you e-mails that may be of interest you. You can unsubscribe from this service at any time by contacting the Box Office or using the unsubscribe option on all emails from us.

    • Service Animals
      • Use and entry of service animals is permitted under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act – no pets.
    • Use of Tobacco Products
      • This facility observes and respects the Smoke-Free Ontario Act – the use of any tobacco product is strictly controlled.  Please observe posted signage.
    • Image Capturing Equipment
      • Please be aware that the facility may choose to video record activities that are subject to review and use in legal proceedings – use of personal media devices to record and/or transmit in areas where users may be in a state of change or vulnerable is illegal – please consult with facility staff on acceptable use of any personal recording device while on facility property. 
    • Statement of Supervisory Control
      • Stockey Centre and Bobby Orr Hall of Fame staff are considered the “owners” representative and are in place to safeguard the community investment and assist in maintaining a safe environment – please respect their workplace right under the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act to be safe while at work.  Acts of harassment or violence towards staff, volunteers or other persons will be reported and addressed by the most appropriate authority. Entry and use of any facility is granted as a privilege and governed by the Trespass to Property Act – these rules of conduct apply to the immediate facility and grounds and should be considered transferable to any other properties or activities controlled by facility staff.
    • Alcohol Consumption
      • The Stockey Centre is a fully licensed facility with the AGCO and under no circumstances shall outside alcohol be permitted inside or on the property. 
    • Reporting Risky Behaviour
      • Report any unusual, risky or suspicious activity or behaviour to facility staff.
    • Bags and Backpacks
      • Any purses or bags that are larger than 14” X 14” X 6” and ALL backpacks will not be allowed into the venue. Permitted bags should be soft sided and able to fit completely under the venue seats. The Stockey Centre is committed to the safety and well-being of all guests and patrons, and strives to provide a safe, comfortable and enjoyable concert experience.
  • How do I buy a ticket?

    In person:
    We are located at 2 Bay Street in Parry Sound, Ontario.

    Over the phone:
    You can make a ticket reservation over the phone at (705) 746-4466 ext. 405.

    05. All patrons are required to give their full name, phone number, and full address before booking tickets. All ticket reservations require a credit card. Your credit card will be charged the day that the reservation is made.

    Over the internet:
    Online ticket sales are available at https://tickets.stockeycentre.com. Please note that at this time, accessible seating purchases are only available through in person and over the phone sales.

  • Do I need to show ID when picking up tickets?

    As of June 22nd, 2012 the Charles W. Stockey Centre requires proof of identification for every ticket pickup.  Please call our Box Office at 705-746-4466 ext. 405 if you would like to make arrangements for someone other than yourself to pick up your tickets.

  • Can I purchase a yearly pass?

    Yes! A Box Seat Sponsorship guarantees that your favourite seats are reserved for you at all of our Stockey Centre Presents performances. No need to call ahead, or worry about someone else getting the seats you want. They are sitting there with your name on them all year long.

    We now offer two levels of Box Seats: a Full Box and a Half Box

    Full Box

    • Four seats in your choice of available Boxes for all of our Stockey Centre Presents performances
    • Sign displaying your name on the box
    • A Stockey Centre Membership enabling you to purchase up to four additional seats for any performance before sales are open to the general public
    • $3500 + HST per year

    Half Box

    • Two seats in your choice of available Boxes for all of our Stockey Centre Presents performances
    • Sign displaying your name on the box
    • A Stockey Centre Membership enabling  you to purchase up to four additional seats for any performance before sales are open to the general public
    • $1800 + HST per year

  • Rental Shows

    Tickets are sold subject to the Rules and Regulations of the event organizer / venue which are available on request. The event organizer / venue reserves the right to make alterations to the advertised arrangements or featured artists, to refuse admission and to request latecomers to await admission until a convenient break.

  • Late Arrival

    Latecomers will only be admitted at a suitable break in the performance, at the discretion of our front-of-house staff.

  • Pricing

    All prices that are displayed show the ticket price and handling charges. HST is included in the advertised ticket prices unless otherwise stated.

  • Accessible Seating

    The Charles W. Stockey Centre is fully accessible for all our patrons, including ramps at our doorways and an elevator to the upper floors. If you have any concerns about access, please ask at our Box Office when ordering tickets or arriving at our facility.

  • Babes-In-Arms

    Babes-in-arms cannot be admitted to Charles W. Stockey Centre performances-though we welcome children old enough to enjoy our shows, they must be holders of tickets purchased for them.

  • Parking

    Parking is available in front of the Charles W. Stockey Centre in our parking lot. Parking is free of charge in the designated areas.

  • Bars and Concessions

    Refreshment bars and concessions are located throughout the lobby. At most performances, the following items may be purchased (cash only, ATM available on site): liquor, wine, beer, liqueurs, soft drinks, assorted juices, and water.

  • Coat Rack

    At your discretion, you can hang your jacket on the coat rack located in the lobby.

  • Restrooms

    For your convenience, restrooms are located on the Orchestra Level (main lobby). The Orchestra Level restrooms are wheelchair accessible.
