Parry Sound Singers present I Got the Music in Me

Ever wondered why you find a particular song so compelling? Is it the melody or the harmony? The rhythm or the quality of the voice?
One thing for sure–when a melody and lyric combine to create a song, something unique is born. And to reveal that special quality to the audience, singers must both understand and embody the music’s purpose. We must have the music truly within us before we can express it outwardly. Come to think of it, that’s exactly what our theme intends to express.
“I Got the Music in Me!” is a diverse collection of favourites from folk to rock. If you love songs and ensemble singing, you’ll love this year’s concert by the Parry Sound Singers and supporting musicians. Friday and Saturday evenings of Mother’s Day weekend. See you there!
The Parry Sound Singers are joining us at The Stockey Centre for two shows, Friday May 8th at 7:30pm and Saturday May 9th at 7:30pm!
Tickets are $40.00 each for adult, $20 for youth 16 and under.
