“…an amazing insight into one of the greatest bands of all time. I was blown away…” – Ronnie Brown, Oakville Centre for the Performing Arts
This is no tribute act. This is a behind-the-scenes journey you’ll never forget. Becoming the Beatles weaves together 20 songs from a live band, over 300 stunning projections and the fascinating behind-the-scenes story of the biggest band of all time.
The show transcends mere tribute, offering profound insights into the band’s origins, their resilience against rejections, and the cultural influences that shaped their iconic sound. From wartime hardships to triumphs on the global stage, experience the untold tales of the Fab Four’s extraordinary legacy in this transformative theatrical experience.
Haley Marie’s in-depth analysis reveals the re-awakening of a world devasted by war and reveals inspiration from heartbreak, the classical greats, by the genius of oppressed musicians in the Deep South…how that same band was turned down by 80% of the English recording market yet defied the odds to become the most successful musical group in history.
Creator Haley Marie is a touring musician and holds a Master’s of Music from Yale University. She is a three-time Carnegie Hall performer and music historian.
Directed by Mary-Lu Zahalan, the world’s first graduate in the Beatles Master’s Program (Liverpool).
This show is the result of decades of research involving numerous Beatles experts.
“Becoming the beatles is a fab new stage show…terrific narration, music and superb backing band.” – Piers Hemmingsen, Beatles Scholar
